Jonathan 'LINC' Leetch
Elevating Aviation Training
Jonathan 'LINC' Leetch brings nine years of distinguished pilot training experience to Aviation Training Solutions. As a selected member of the Air Force's pioneering Pilot Training Next (PTN) cadre, he has been at the forefront of aviation training innovation. His unique background includes flight training with both the Navy and Air Force, where he qualified to fly T-38s before deploying to Afghanistan to operate ISR platforms.
After serving two years with Air Mobility Command (AMC), LINC has dedicated himself to flight instruction, becoming one of the only military instructors to have taught Air Force, Navy, and Marine pilots in experimental programs using both T-6A and T-6B aircraft. His comprehensive experience spans every phase of pilot training, including advanced instruction and Introduction to Fighter Fundamentals (IFF) in the T-6 platform.
Currently maintaining an active career as an airline pilot with a major carrier, LINC has accumulated approximately 4,500 hours of flight experience. This combination of military training expertise and commercial aviation experience gives him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on pilot development across multiple domains.

Tyler 'SHAQ' Huebner brings unparalleled expertise as one of the founding members of the Air Force's groundbreaking Pilot Training Next (PTN) initiative. Handpicked as a First Assignment Instructor Pilot, SHAQ has excelled in developing future aviators, leveraging his T-38 graduate background from Air Force pilot training. Currently an instructor in the exclusive B-2 bomber program, he has over 2,500 flight hours, demonstrating extensive experience in advanced flight operations.
SHAQ's contributions extend far beyond the cockpit. With a strong foundation in root cause instructor development and technology integration, he has been instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge tech and operational excellence. His work has shaped numerous Air Force training exercises, earning him recognition as one of the most respected instructor pilots in the Air Force community.
As a key member of our team, SHAQ applies his deep expertise in tech development, operational training, and instructor performance to help us revolutionize aviation training systems.
